Well, we knew it would be like this against the Homers, although they probably didn't add as much to their home run derby as they thought they might. Sorry fellas!

Offensively, Andrew and Earl both had multiple-RBI home runs, Bob and JohnD hit triples, and KarenC and Jes both burned the Homer defense with good hits. RBIs were knocked in by Andrew (3), Andy, Earl (3), Jenny, Garson, and JohnD. The main defensive highlight came with the 10-4-6-5 takedown of Homer Baalke who failed in his attempt to stretch his run to third base. Andrew made a great catch 'way back in center field, and we got a couple of good 6-3 plays to get runners at first.

Our next game is next Tuesday, May 8 on field H3 (the OTHER field, and, yes, this time you may use Scott as a landmark) against Cinco Equis, and we'll be the home team again. I know we'll be missing Andrew, Greg, Anders, Nancy, Amy, Liza, and probably Andy. Everyone else please be sure I know if you'll be coming.
